Quest Employment are currently recruiting for an experienced
Kitchen Team Leader
to be based at our client's site in
Hutton . The successful candidate will lead and support the kitchen team, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene and service are maintained. Although
Hutton will be your main base , you may occasionally be required to travel to the client's other sites in
Blackpool, Preston and Blackburn
to provide holiday or absence cover. A
full UK driving licence is therefore essential . Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the kitchen team on a day-to-day basis Ensure food is prepared and served to a high standard Maintain excellent food hygiene, health & safety and cleanliness standards Support stock control and ordering Help train and motivate kitchen staff Ensure kitchen procedures and company standards are followed Provide kitchen team cover at other sites when required About You
Previous experience in a kitchen supervisory or team leader role Confident leading and supporting a team Good knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety Level 3 Food Hygiene qualification desirable Full UK driving licence essential Flexible and willing to travel to other sites when required Reliable, organised and able to work independently A positive attitude with a passion for maintaining high standards Working Hours
Monday to Friday
7:00am to 3:00pm 37 hours per week Hutton will be your
primary workplace , with occasional travel to Blackpool, Preston and Blackburn for holiday cover.
