Van Drivers Required – Weekly Pay

Quest Employment are currently recruiting experienced Van Drivers for a busy and growing logistics operation based in Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity for professional drivers looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable hours, and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.

The Role

  • Delivering and collecting palletised freight across Birmingham and ST postcodes
  • Completing deliveries via forklift offload or tail-lift kerbside delivery
  • Operating company vehicles safely and professionally
  • Using powered pallet trucks provided onboard vehicles
  • Completing allocated routes within required timeframes
  • Using company delivery Apps and systems (full training provided)
  • Maintaining communication with transport and operations teams
  • Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
  • Minimal manual handling required
  • Completing multiple delivery runs per day depending on route allocation
  • No nights out required

Key Skills and Experience

  • Aged 25 years or over
  • Holding a valid UK Driving Licence
  • Having a minimum of 2 years commercial driving experience
  • Comfortable working independently
  • Professional, reliable and customer focused
  • Possessing good route planning and time management skills
  • Having excellent spoken English

Driver Requirements

  • Valid UK Driving Licence
  • Maximum 6 penalty points for minor offences only
  • No DD, DR, DU or insurance-related convictions
  • No history of driving accidents or insurance claims (must be disclosed)
  • Commercial driving experience essential
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
