At Quest Employment, we are looking for a Forklift Driver to join our ever-growing client based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, NN10.
Salary: £14.00-£15.00 p/h
Shifts: 7am-7pm or 7pm-7am (12 hour shift)

Your Duties as a Forklift Driver:
- Reporting to Warehouse Supervisors
- Distributing recycled materials
- Ensure that the operation meets the customer service requirements by completing each function at the highest standard.
- Carry out a variety of warehouse activities such as unloading/loading, pallet truck operation, relocating and re-organising.
- Manual lifting will be involved.
- Carry out general housekeeping, maintenance, and warehouse duties, to ensure that the profile of the site is maintained to the very highest standard.
- Responsible for the Health and Safety of themselves and other operatives by adhering to safe working practices.
- Undertake such additional activities as may be required.
- Supporting Production Operatives with the recycling materials.
The Person:
- Candidates must be able to demonstrate experience and relevant licences for a Counterbalance truck with at least a year’s experience.
- Ideally, experience in all aspects of warehouse work.
- Flexibility to work in a variety of roles.
- Punctuality, reliability, and commitment.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
- Positive attitude to work.
