The Role As a Food Production Worker, your duties may include:
Assisting with sausage production and food preparation
Packing and packaging finished products
Labelling products and preparing items for dispatch
Maintaining production targets and quality standards
Following food hygiene and health and safety procedures
Keeping the production area clean, tidy and organised
Supporting the wider production team with general duties
Availability for early starts is essential for this role.
Key Skills and Experience We are looking for candidates who are:
Reliable, punctual and hardworking
Comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment
Able to work early morning shifts
Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining high standards of hygiene
Previous experience in food production, food manufacturing, packing or factory work would be beneficial but is not essential.
