Bendi Drivers / Warehouse Operatives Required – Weekly Pay
Quest Employment are currently recruiting for a Bendi Driver / Warehouse Operative to join a busy and growing warehouse operation based in Birmingham, B8.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for ongoing work, weekly pay, stable Monday to Friday hours and a mixed role combining Bendi truck driving with general warehouse duties.
Please note: Candidates must hold an accredited Bendi licence.
The Role
This is a mixed role, with your time split between operating the Bendi truck and carrying out general warehouse duties.
Your duties may include:
• Safely operating a Bendi truck within the warehouse
• Moving, positioning and retrieving stock
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Picking and packing orders
• Preparing goods for despatch
• Loading goods ready for despatch
• Checking stock and orders for accuracy
• General warehouse duties as required
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment
Key Skills and Experience
We are looking for candidates who are:
• Holds a current accredited Bendi licence
• Experienced operating a Bendi truck in a warehouse environment
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable carrying out both FLT driving and general warehouse duties
• Able to load and unload goods safely
• Comfortable with picking, packing and despatch duties
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Physically capable of carrying out general warehouse duties
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
