We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy warehouse operation in Bicester.
This is a great opportunity for reliable individuals looking for ongoing work with regular shift patterns.
Shift Patterns
You will work 5 days out of 7, with one weekend day always off.
Available shifts
- Afternoons: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, your duties may include
- Picking and packing orders
- Loading and unloading goods
- Moving stock around the warehouse
- Checking and organising stock
- Preparing goods for dispatch
- Keeping the warehouse clean and tidy
- Following all health & safety procedures
- Supporting the wider warehouse team as required
- Chilled & Freezer Environment
The role may involve working in a chilled or freezer environment.
- £0.50 per hour additional freezer allowance
- Heated cabins/equipment provided where applicable
- Breaks provided every 2 hours when working in the freezer
- You may occasionally need to leave equipment/cabins to complete other duties
- Candidates should be comfortable working in cold temperatures
- What You Need
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work 5 days out of 7
- Comfortable working in chilled/freezer environments where required
- Good understanding of workplace health & safety
You only need to provide your own safety shoes and dress appropriately/warmly for the working environment.
No FLT licence is required for this role.
