The role
- Lead and support the team to deliver daily production targets.
- Manage resources to ensure products are prepared accurately, in full and on time.
- Maintain high standards of food safety, quality and health & safety.
- Support stock control, production records and operational processes.
- Help drive a positive, inclusive and customer-focused team culture.
What to expect
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role. The successful candidate will spend some of their time on their feet, managing priorities and supporting the team to meet daily targets, or in the office, doing plenty of paperwork! The working environment is temperature controlled at approximately 4C. Suitable uniform and protective clothing will be provided to help keep employees warm.

- Experience in food production, warehousing or similar manufacturing environment.
- Supervisory or team leadership experience is required.
- Good computer skills and attention to detail.
- A positive, reliable and hands-on approach.
- Basic food safety knowledge is an advantage, but training can be provided.
