Successful candidates will be reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety.Production Operative DutiesKitchen AreaPreparing ingredients according to recipes and production requirementsMeasuring and weighing ingredients accuratelyHandling and lifting ingredient bags weighing up to 25kgFollowing written instructions and recipesMaintaining cleanliness and food hygiene standardsSupporting the wider production team to meet daily targetsHigh-Risk AreaPacking sauces, pickles, and other food productsLabelling products accuratelyCarrying out quality checksEnsuring products meet customer and company standardsFollowing food safety procedures at all timesWarehouse Operative DutiesHandling, moving, and storing stock safelyLoading and unloading deliveriesPicking and preparing products for dispatchAssisting with stock control and inventory checksKeeping warehouse areas clean, organised, and safeFollowing health and safety proceduresRequirementsGood understanding of English, both written and spokenAbility to follow recipes, instructions, and production processes accuratelyComfortable lifting and carrying loads of up to 25kgStrong attention to detailReliable and punctual with a positive attitudeAble to work independently and as part of a teamPrevious food production or warehouse experience is advantageous but not essentialWorking EnvironmentFast-paced food production and warehouse environmentHi-vis clothing is mandatoryManual handling involved throughout the roleFull training providedShift PatternsMonday to Friday, 4:00pm 1:00amIf you are looking for a varied role with opportunities to develop your skills within a supportive team, we'd love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
