We are currently seeking a confident and organised Administrator & Front of House Assistant to join our busy industrial recruitment branch in Banbury. The Role
As the first point of contact for our branch, you will play a key role in delivering a professional and welcoming experience to all candidates and visitors. This is a varied position combining front-of-house responsibilities with essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting candidates who visit the branch
- Handling general enquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
- Registering new candidates and carrying out compliance checks
- Conducting ID verification and right-to-work checks
- Supporting payroll administration

- Maintaining accurate records and database updates
