The Role
Quest Employment are recruiting for Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established warehouse operation in Banbury.
No previous Reach Truck experience or licence is required, as full in-house training will be provided.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to develop new skills and build a long-term career within a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating a Reach Truck safely once training has been completed
- Moving stock throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading goods
- Replenishing stock locations
- Assisting with goods-in and goods-out activities
- Carrying out general warehouse duties when required
- Following health and safety procedures at all times
- Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Working as part of a team to meet daily targets
Requirements
- No Reach Truck licence required - full training provided
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off rota
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
