Shift Pattern: Rotating shifts (2-week rotation)
- Week 1 & 2: Monday - Thursday, 6:30am - 4:15pm
- Week 3 & 4: Monday - Thursday, 4:15pm - 2:00am
Pay Rate: £15.85 per hour, £17.72 per hour for hours worked after 9:00pm
The Role
We are recruiting for Assembly Operatives to join a leading automotive manufacturer based in Banbury. This is an excellent opportunity to secure a temporary-to-permanent position within a fast-paced production environment. The successful candidates will be responsible for assembling high-quality automotive components while working to strict production schedules and quality standards.
