Quest Employment is recruiting on behalf of a well-established automotive manufacturing client based in Banbury. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term stability, consistent hours, and a competitive hourly rate.
Shift Pattern
- AM Shift: 6:30am - 4:15pm
- PM Shift: 4:15pm - 2:00am
Key Responsibilities
- Assembly of automotive components to required quality standards
- Working on a production line or assembly bench
- Using hand tools and basic equipment
- Following work instructions and health and safety procedures
- Carrying out visual quality checks
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
Requirements
- Previous assembly, production, or manufacturing experience
- Automotive experience beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and manual dexterity
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
