We are currently looking for reliable and motivated Production Operatives / Manufacturing Operators to join a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Weedon, Northamptonshire.

The Role
- Support the production of liquid medicines while ensuring high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Bulk preparation, filling, packing, and cleaning activities
- Operating bottling and production machinery
- Measuring and mixing ingredients using set procedures
- Completing production documentation accurately
- Following GMP procedures and company guidelines
- Maintaining hygiene, quality, and health & safety standards
- Labelling and preparing products for dispatch
- Reporting equipment faults, issues, or production deviations promptly
- Ensuring production areas and equipment are cleaned thoroughly
Candidate Requirements
- Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, food production, FMCG environments, or factory/production work is welcomed.
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to work effectively as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with the ability to follow procedures accurately
- Flexible to work rotating shifts and a 7-day rota
- Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards
- Previous experience with GMP procedures, bottling lines, or packing lines would be advantageous, but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
