Quest Employment are recruiting! Quest Employment is looking for experienced Warehouse Operatives to join a busy logistics operation in Derby. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with previous warehouse experience who are looking to develop their skills. Successful applicants will receive training to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP), offering a clear opportunity to progress within a modern warehouse environment.
Candidates who already hold FLT or MHE licences (such as Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, PPT, LLOP or HLOP) will have a distinct advantage, although these are not essential.
The Role
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately
- Replenishing stock and moving products throughout the warehouse
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Supporting goods-in and dispatch operations
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
- Following all Health & Safety procedures
- Training to operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP) safely and efficiently
- Supporting other warehouse duties as required
What We're Looking For
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- Willingness to train and operate a High Level Order Picker (HLOP)
- Any FLT or MHE licence (Reach Truck, Counterbalance, VNA, PPT, LLOP, HLOP, etc.) is advantageous
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
