Are you reliable, energetic, and looking for flexible work with weekly pay? We are currently seeking a Kitchen Porter to join a busy kitchen team based within a warehouse environment in the RG6 area of Reading.
The Role

Washing plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, and heavy kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashers and manual pot-washing sinks.

Maintaining cleanliness across the kitchen, prep areas, and dishwashing stations.

Sweeping, mopping, and ensuring food hygiene standards are strictly maintained.

Assisting with basic food prep and clearing kitchen waste/bins as required.

Helping with stock intake and storage when needed.
Requirements

Previous experience as a Kitchen Porter, Kitchen Assistant, or Cleaner preferred, but a proactive and hard-working attitude is key.

Good understanding of basic kitchen safety and hygiene standards.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Reliable transportation to travel to Reading RG6.
