We’re working with a values - led fashion retail business that is looking for a Packaging, Compliance & Sustainability Coordinator to join its growing sustainability team. This is a great opportunity to take ownership of key packaging compliance initiatives while helping shape the business’s wider environmental ESG strategy.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead packaging compliance across PPWR, EPR and UK Plastic Tax
- Analyse and manage packaging compliance data and reporting
- Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to improve traceability and compliance
- Support certification, preferred fibre and supply chain traceability initiatives
- Help implement new systems and improve packaging processes
- Develop internal communications and training around ESG and compliance
- Keep ahead of emerging packaging legislation and industry developments
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in packaging compliance
- Strong analytical and data-processing skills
- Excellent Excel skills
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and data platforms
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and manage deadlines
- Experience within ESG and/or fast-paced retail would be highly desirable
This is a 6 month FTC with a strong possibility of going permanent.
