FOOD PRODUCTION OPERATIVES – IMMEDIATE STARTS

We are currently recruiting Food Production Operatives for a well-established food manufacturing business in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking for full-time, ongoing work with immediate starts available. Previous food production experience is not essential, as full training will be provided.
SHIFT TIMES
Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working as part of a busy food production team, your responsibilities will include:

Working on a fast-paced food production line

Preparing, handling and packing food products

Operating basic production equipment following training
-
Checking products meet quality and presentation standards
-
Weighing, labelling and packing finished products
-
Following production schedules and meeting daily targets
-
Maintaining high standards of food hygiene and cleanliness
-
Following strict food safety, health and safety procedures
-
Keeping your workstation clean and organised
-
Working as part of a team to ensure production runs smoothly
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
You don't need previous food production experience. We're looking for people who are:

Reliable, punctual and committed to regular attendance

Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Able to stand for extended periods and carry out repetitive tasks

Comfortable working to production targets

Able to follow instructions and established procedures
-
Detail-oriented, particularly when checking products and packaging
-
Able to communicate effectively in English

Available to work full-time

Previous experience in food production, manufacturing, warehouse, packing or similar environments is beneficial but not essential

Able to provide the required Right to Work documents
