- Days: £13.05 per hour
- Nights: £15.05 per hour
Shifts:
4 on / 4 off - non-rotating shifts
- Day Shift: 6:00am - 6:00pm
- Night Shift: 6:00pm - 6:00am
Quest Employment is recruiting Rework Operatives for a busy warehouse operation in Desborough.
You will be responsible for checking and reworking customer stock, ensuring products are correctly labelled, packaged and palletised before dispatch.
Key Responsibilities
- Reworking stock to meet customer and site requirements
- Applying and changing stickers and labels
- Checking products and packaging for damage or errors
- Repacking products where required
- Palletising stock to specific requirements
- Carrying out quality checks before dispatch
- Identifying and reporting damaged or incorrect stock
- Supporting customer order preparation
- Manual handling throughout the shift
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following health & safety and warehouse procedures
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous warehouse, rework, packing or production experience is advantageous
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and manual handling
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking
- Able to work at pace while maintaining quality
- Good communication skills
- Able to follow instructions and site procedures
- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
