Warehouse Operatives – Smyths Toys Peak Season in Corby

Quest Employment is recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join the busy Smyths Toys warehouse in Corby for the peak season!

Looking for extra work before Christmas? Join a fast-paced warehouse team and help get toys ready for the festive rush!

Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but if you're reliable, hardworking and ready to get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.

PAY & SHIFTS

Rotational shifts - Days & Nights

• Day shift: 7:00am - 7:00pm

• Night shift: 7:00pm - 7:00am

• Shift length: 10-12 hours

• Rota: Any 5 days out of 7

• Availability: Flexible to work days and nights as required

YOUR DUTIES

• Picking orders using an LLOP

• Picking stock using a picking gun

• Loading and unloading goods

• Moving stock safely around the warehouse

• Checking products and orders for accuracy

• Meeting daily productivity targets

• Following warehouse procedures and Health & Safety rules

• Keeping your work area clean, tidy and safe

• Supporting the team during the busy Christmas peak

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage

• Experience using an LLOP or picking gun is desirable

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking

• Good attention to detail

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Comfortable with physical warehouse duties

• Flexible to work rotational shifts, including days and nights

• Available to work any 5 days out of 7

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
