Warehouse Operatives – Picking & Packing
Location: Corby, NN18
Day Shift: £13.54 per hour | Night Shift: £15.05 per hour
We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy, high-quality warehouse operation in Corby, supporting a well-established luxury food, gifting and retail business.
This is a great opportunity to work with premium products, including luxury biscuit boxes, wine and gift hampers, in a clean and organised warehouse environment.
The Role
Your main responsibilities will include:

Picking and packing customer orders accurately.

Putting stock away in the correct locations.

Palletising goods ready for dispatch.

Maintaining a tidy and organised working environment.

Following site procedures and health and safety guidelines.
No heavy lifting is involved, as the products are primarily luxury gift boxes, biscuits, wine and hampers.
Shift Patterns & Pay
The role operates on a continental shift pattern, working 12-hour shifts.
Day Shift

Hours: 10:00–22:00

Pay: £13.54 per hour
Night Shift
-
Hours: 22:00–10:00

Pay: £15.05 per hour
Continental Shift Rota
The rota alternates over two weeks:

Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.

Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
You must be able to commit to the full shift pattern and follow the rota provided by the on-site team.
Overtime opportunities are available and encouraged. Any additional shifts must be agreed with your shift manager in advance.
Bonus Incentive Scheme
An additional bonus scheme is available for eligible candidates:

28 September–16 November: £50 accrued per week.

23 November–21 December: £100 accrued per week.
Bonuses are paid monthly, while wages are paid weekly.
To qualify for the bonus, you must:

Attend all booked shifts.

Have no health and safety concerns or conduct issues.

Work a minimum of 34.5 hours per week, equivalent to three 12-hour shifts less the relevant unpaid breaks.
Bonus payments are subject to the scheme's eligibility requirements and applicable terms.
