Quest Employment are currently recruiting for Counterbalance Forklift Drivers with clamp experience to join our growing client based in Rushden, Northamptonshire, NN10.

Please note: Clamp experience is essential for this role.

• Pay Rate:£15.00 per hour

• Shifts:7:00pm - 7:00am

• Shift Length: 12-hour shifts

• Pay: Weekly pay

Your Duties as a Counterbalance Forklift Driver

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties may include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift with clamp attachment

• Reporting to Warehouse Supervisors

• Distributing recycled materials

• Ensuring the operation meets customer service requirements by completing tasks to a high standard

• Loading and unloading goods

• Operating pallet trucks and relocating stock

• Re-organising materials within the warehouse

• Supporting Production Operatives with recycling materials

• Manual lifting where required

• Carrying out general housekeeping, maintenance and warehouse duties

• Helping maintain the site to a high standard

• Following safe working practices at all times

• Taking responsibility for your own health and safety, as well as others around you

• Undertaking any additional duties as required

The Person

Candidates must be able to demonstrate:

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift licence

• Previous clamp attachment experience is essential

• At least 1 year of Counterbalance Forklift experience

• Previous warehouse experience would be advantageous

• Flexibility to work across different duties when required

• Good punctuality, reliability and commitment

• Ability to work on your own initiative

• Positive attitude towards work

• Strong teamwork skills
