Job Description
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for our client based in Banbury. This is a great opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for temporary work with regular shifts and overtime opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Picking and packing customer orders accurately.
- Loading and unloading deliveries.
- Moving stock around the warehouse.
- Preparing orders for dispatch.
- Checking products for accuracy and quality.
- Maintaining a clean and organised working area.
- Following warehouse procedures and meeting daily targets.
Shift Patterns and Pay
Morning Shift
- Hours: 7am-3pm
- Pay: £14.06 per hour
Afternoon Shift
- Hours: 3pm-11pm
- Pay: £14.06 per hour + £10.75 daily shift bonus
Night Shift
- Hours: Sunday-Thursday, 11pm-7am
- Pay: £14.06 per hour + £19.69 daily shift bonus
Additional Pay Information
- Shift bonuses apply when working more than 4 hours on the relevant shift.
- Overtime is paid at £21.09 per hour after completing more than 40 hours in a week.
Requirements
- Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
