Job Title: Production Operative
Location: Banbury

Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm (approximately ±1 hour)
We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury.
The role involves working with glass products and will include manual handling and regular heavy lifting. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who is comfortable working in a physical production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working with glass products safely and carefully
- Moving and handling materials throughout the production area
- Carrying out manual handling and heavy lifting
- Supporting general production and manufacturing duties
- Following instructions and production processesMaintaining a clean and safe working area
- Following all health and safety procedures
Requirements:
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- Able to work on your feet for extended periods
- Good attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- A good attitude towards work and willingness to learn
This is a physically demanding role, so candidates must be comfortable with regular lifting and handling of glass and other materials.
