We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious five-star hotel and resort set within stunning countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a Guest Experience Coordinator to act as a central communication hub, ensuring every guest interaction is seamless, professional, and reflective of true luxury standards. This is a fast-paced, highly visible role where you will play a key part in shaping the guest journey from first contact through to departure by delivering exceptional service and coordinating requests across departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle all incoming calls and guest communications with professionalism and warmth
- Coordinate guest requests across departments to ensure smooth delivery
