We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury, family-owned country house hotel set within beautiful Hertfordshire countryside just outside London. Our client is seeking a passionate Banqueting Chef de Partie to join their culinary team and deliver high-quality dishes for a wide range of events and functions. This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will support the preparation and delivery of banqueting menus for weddings, corporate events, and private functions, ensuring exceptional standards of consistency, presentation, and timing.
Key Responsibilities

About You

- Team-focused, organised, and able to work efficiently under pressure
