What youll be doing :

• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for temporary and permanent roles
• Building strong relationships with both clients and candidates
• Developing new business through sales activity, networking and client visits
• Sourcing, interviewing and matching candidates to suitable roles
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures
• Working to targets and KPIs in a supportive, team-focused environment

What were looking for :

• Previous recruitment, sales is a must
• Strong communication and people skills
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence is desirable
