We are looking for two Onsite Shift Coordinators to join our team at Manton Wood (Worksop, S80), supporting one of our key clients in a fast-paced food production environment.
Location: Manton Wood, Worksop, S80
Shifts Available: AM: 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Shift: Tuesday to Saturday
Contract: Permanent - £25k - £28k OTE
Role Overview: As an Onsite Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing shift operations, managing workforce allocation, and ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination between staff and site management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily check-ins with staff to ensure all shift requirements are met.
- Communicate key updates and instructions for upcoming shifts.
- Manage shift bookings, ensuring full staff coverage.
- Maintain compliance records, including fire registers.
