Role: Engineering, Maintenance Stores Person Deputy for Post Holder During Absence
Responsible to:
- Eng. Maintenance Compliance & Site Services Co-ordinator
- Engineering Manager
Objective: Improving and maintaining stock accuracy within the stores area and the company stock control system. Ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive through changes in processes and working practices to improve efficiencies in material control.
- Closely liaise with the Eng. Maintenance Compliance & Site Services Co-ordinator for the ordering of all spares needed for planned maintenance, follow up, audit and corrective work.
- Report out for weekly/monthly reviews.
- Materials control.
- Ordering of materials and stock management.
- Maintenance of accurate records regarding stores activities.
