Role: Engineering, Maintenance Stores Person Deputy for Post Holder During Absence

Responsible to:

  • Eng. Maintenance Compliance & Site Services Co-ordinator
  • Engineering Manager

Objective: Improving and maintaining stock accuracy within the stores area and the company stock control system. Ensuring effective communication between internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive through changes in processes and working practices to improve efficiencies in material control.
  • Closely liaise with the Eng. Maintenance Compliance & Site Services Co-ordinator for the ordering of all spares needed for planned maintenance, follow up, audit and corrective work.
  • Report out for weekly/monthly reviews.
  • Materials control.
  • Ordering of materials and stock management.
  • Maintenance of accurate records regarding stores activities.
