We are seeking a skilled and reliable Assembly Operatives to join our Client.

FITTING / FIBREGLASS / PIPES / PRESSURE TEST / SHEET METAL

MUST COME FROM THE AEROSPACE ENGINEERING / MANUFACTURING FIELD

FITTING: Fabricating and assembling seat plans chassis and parachute container assemblies. Conducting bench fitting and building of detailed assemblies. Conduct heat treatments. Conduct injection moulding. Packing, bonding and room temperature vulcanising, sealing of box bridle line assemblies. Vertical mill milling expanded foam inserts for heat pad assemblies. Producing seat backrest and sitting platform assemblies. Fitting hardware and furniture using a range of aerospace fasteners, adhesives and Velcro. Utilize royalite plastic sheet and vacuum forming techniques to produce head pad assemblies. To undertake fine detailed, small scale gluing work to various plastic skins (bond memory, foam, carbon fibre wafers, webbing and various types of material).
