Responsibilities- Work within all keystage areas to support learners with ASC and SEMH difficulties.
- Deliver 1‑2‑1, small group, and class‑level interventions where needed.
- Provide compassionate support to learners, promoting their well‑being and academic progress.
- Collaborate with staff, parents and governors to create an inclusive learning environment.
- Reliable, committed and caring individual.
- Experience working with learners across key stages, preferably in special educational needs settings.
- Excellent role‑model qualities, trustworthy, and able to build positive relationships.
- Strong communication, organisational and teamwork skills.
