About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and caring Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our pastoral team. This is a rewarding role where no two days are the same, you’ll be making a genuine difference to pupils who need that extra support. You’ll work closely with pupils, staff and families to:
- Provide pastoral and emotional support
- Help pupils feel safe, valued and ready to learn
- Support behaviour and wellbeing across the school
- Build strong, trusting relationships with children
