The Supply Chain Planning Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end production schedule, materials planning, and supply chain performance to ensure customer orders are delivered On Time, In Full (OTIF). This role balances capacity, cost, inventory levels, and operational risk to maintain an efficient and responsive supply chain.

Acting as the central point of coordination for planning activities, the role translates sales demand into practical production and material plans, working closely with production, procurement, warehouse, and supplier teams to ensure alignment and execution.

  • Ensure materials availability without excessive inventory
  • Build a resilient, compliant, and sustainable supply chain
  • Production Planning & Scheduling
  • Contribute to daily/weekly production planning reviews with operations
  • Resolve planning conflicts and re‑prioritise work in response to changes
  • Track and report plan vs actual performance (schedule adherence)
  • Materials Planning & Inventory Control
  • Set and manage inventory policies (min/max, safety stock, reorder points)
  • Supply Chain & Supplier Management
  • Work closely with procurement to ensure supplier capacity, lead times, and performance support the production plan
  • Manage inbound logistics and supplier delivery performance
  • Support cost‑reduction initiatives without compromising quality or delivery
  • Contribute to supplier risk management and continuity planning
  • ERP & Data Ownership
  • Ensure planning data integrity (lead times, routings, calendars, capacity)
