The role:
You’ll be at the heart of our marketing activity, turning ideas and campaigns into eye‑catching, commercially driven design work that connects with guests. From national campaigns to local pub events, you’ll help shape everything our customers see across print, social media, digital content, CRM campaigns, websites, app content and in‑venue screens.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you’ll take briefs and transform them into impactful creative work, using strong design thinking, attention to detail, and a consistent, on‑brand approach across all channels. This is a hands‑on, varied role where your work will be seen every day by thousands of customers across the estate, with the opportunity to directly influence how our brands evolve and grow.
Key objective:
To be responsible for the creation and delivery of engaging, on‑brand marketing collateral across print and digital channels, supporting the commercial objectives of the business by driving footfall, guest engagement and sales across a growing portfolio of pubs and hotels. The Graphic Designer will play a key role in shaping brand perception, executing campaigns and ensuring all customer‑facing communications are creative, consistent and impactful.
- 3+ years' graphic design experience.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).
- Experience producing both print and digital assets.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.
- Solid understanding of typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy.
- Experience within hospitality, leisure or retail.
- Motion graphics or video editing skills.
- Knowledge of Canva and social media platforms.
- Experience preparing artwork for print production.
- Photography & videography experience.
