Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team. This is a part-time post of 25 hours per week, hours. The hours will be Monday – Friday.

Main responsibilities consist of taking incoming and making outgoing calls, booking appointments and navigating patients to the relevant clinician for treatment, and general reception duties associated with a large and busy Practice.

Essential skills:-

System one

Desirable but not essential as full training will be given:-

IT skills – Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.

Good communication skills

Customer service & interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively at all levels.

Ability to work independently using own initiative.

Effective team player.

Highly motivated & proactive.

Empathetic/sympathetic

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
