As a Multi-site Cleaning Expert, you play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness across our shops and locations in Hatton Garden, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for our team and customers. You work effectively with all departments and communicate openly. Your responsibilities extend beyond routine cleaning, encompassing a proactive approach to enhancing the aesthetics and hygiene of the Group locations, significantly impacting the overall experience of everyone who walks through our doors. Requirements
- Proven experience as a commercial cleaner, preferably in a multi-site setting
- Knowledge of commonly used cleaning equipment and supplies
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations and best practices
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough and adaptive cleaning across multiple sites
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, prioritising a safe environment
- Perform dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping
- Manage cleaning products, order supplies, and maintain inventory
- Dispose of garbage and wash kitchen napkins, floor rags, and dusters
- Address minor maintenance tasks
- Support retail operations when required
- Develop and implement a cleaning schedule that accounts for high-traffic areas and hygiene requirements
- Respond promptly to urgent cleaning requests and emergencies
- Maintain open communication with team members to address specific cleaning needs or challenges unique to each site
Part-time 17.5 h/w (TUES to SAT) - 5 days a week - Mornings (7.30 am to 11 am) - £15ph
