A day in the life of a Front of House Supervisor involves overseeing the Front Office and Food & Beverage teams, ensuring that guests receive excellent service throughout their stay. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the front desk
- Supporting the bar team with F&B service
- Handling guest concerns
- Managing reservations
- Ensuring that guest rooms and common areas are clean and well-maintained
- Assisting the Head of Department with staff training
- Developing and enhancing guest service policies and procedures
- Maintaining positive relationships with guests
You will play an important role in supporting the smooth operation of both Front Office and F&B, ensuring our teams work together to deliver a consistently high standard of service.
