Hours: 32.50 hours per week Term Time plus 2 days, 8:30am – 3:30pm daily with 30‑minute lunch break.

The Governors of Queensbridge Primary School are looking to appoint a caring, enthusiastic and suitably qualified Teaching Assistant to work with children across KS1/KS2. The role involves supporting a differentiated curriculum that enables meaningful inclusion and access to learning for all pupils.
The successful candidate will:
- Enjoy working with children
- Have experience of working with children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities and be inclusive by nature
- Have the skills and knowledge to support all children within our school
- Build and maintain successful relationships with children, treating them with respect and kindness and demonstrating consideration for their development as learners
- Be prepared to undertake further training as necessary to meet the required standard
- Use effective strategies to promote positive attitudes to learning
- Demonstrate high standards of spoken and written English
- Carry out administrative tasks to a high standard including the use of ICT
- Work well with other staff and agencies
- Be motivated, have a positive attitude and enjoy a challenge
- Inspire children and provide high‑quality learning experiences
