We are looking for an enthusiastic GP to join our friendly team. We value collaboration, continuity of care and fresh ideas, and we want our GPs to feel supported, listened to and part of a team.
With a strong training and teaching pedigree, we foster a genuinely supportive clinical environment. Clinical queries are actively encouraged and regularly discussed through our open-door culture, informal lunchtime briefings and weekly clinical meetings so nobody works in isolation.
The role comprises:
- 5 clinical sessions per week
- 6 weeks' annual leave, pro rata
- 1 week study leave, pro rata
- Competitive salary of £12,600£14,400 per session per annum, depending on experience and skill level
- Salary incorporates a 20% administrative supplement to reflect protected time for clinical administrative work and practice development
Main duties of the job
The successful candidate will work as part of the clinical team at Queensbridge Group Practice, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the continued development of the practice.
- Providing high-quality, patient-centred clinical care to the practice population.
- Working collaboratively with GPs, the multidisciplinary team and the wider practice team.
- Participating in daily briefings for case discussion and team check-ins.
- Participating in weekly clinical meetings covering complex cases, safeguarding and educational topics.
- Contributing to clinical administrative work and practice development, supported by protected administrative time.
- Working within a supportive open-door clinical culture where clinical queries and cases can be discussed with colleagues.
- Contributing to teaching and educational activities, including opportunities to teach registrars, resident doctors and medical students.
- Supporting and contributing to Clinical and Developmental Leadership opportunities where appropriate.
- Contributing to a collaborative working environment that promotes continuity of care, shared learning and clinical excellence.
- Working alongside an experienced practice team and wider multidisciplinary team to support the delivery of effective patient care.

Job Purpose
To provide high-quality patient care as part of the clinical team at Queensbridge Group Practice, contributing to a collaborative, supportive and well-organised practice environment.
The postholder will work as part of an experienced practice and multidisciplinary team, contributing to clinical care, shared learning, teaching and practice development.
Main Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality clinical care to the practice population.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the practice and wider multidisciplinary team.

- GMC Full registration with a licence to practice.
