We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architectural Technician to join our Architectural team within our Gateshead Office. This role is ideal for an experienced technician with a strong background in residential design and a passion for delivering high-quality technical documentation. The successful candidate will play a key role in the development and delivery of projects, supporting the team across multiple stages from planning through to construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Production of detailed working drawings and technical packages for residential projects.
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of planning applications.
- Developing and coordinating drawings using Revit & AutoCAD.
- Supporting the creation of CGIs and visualisations using Twinmotion (training can be provided).
- Contributing to a range of tasks within the architectural department as required.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Architectural Technician, ideally at a senior level.
- Strong experience working on residential projects.
- Excellent proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD. (Ideally experienced in the production of Revit Families but not essential)
- Good understanding of UK planning and building regulations.
- Ability to produce accurate and coordinated technical drawing packages.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
