Queen's is a specialist logistics provider. We work with the world’s leading art galleries, artists and collectors, providing an exceptional level of service and care as we ship, store and install prized art collections around the world. We’re a young and ambitious team of 30 employees with ambitions to be the leading name in our industry. We’re on the look out for the latest addition to our Accounts Team.
In this role you will:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
- Process invoices, payments and receipts
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records
- Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up on overdue payments
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Assist with month-end, quarterly and year-end financial reporting
- Work closely with internal teams and external suppliers and clients
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping, including AP and AR
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
