About the job: The post holder will support Managers and Supervisors across Campus Food and Drink in the delivery of day-to-day catering operations and the achievement of key service priorities.
The post holder will work collaboratively with operational teams to ensure catering services are delivered efficiently, maintaining high standards of customer service, food quality, hygiene, and health and safety.
The role will be required to work across the business units as business demand dictates.
About the person: The successful candidate must have, and your application should clearly demonstrate that you meet the following essential criteria: Secondary school education.
One year's relevant previous experience working in customer facing catering environment.
Basic Food Hygiene and Food Allergen knowledge.
Understanding of relevant Health and Safety/Fire requirement.
A full current UK driving license is required for one of the posts as it requires driving duties.
