As an Analyst/Programmer Graduate Trainee (Power Platform), the successful candidate will contribute to the design, development, deployment, and support of innovative low-code/no-code solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. She/he will work as part of the Digital Transformation Team to streamline University business processes and improve digital services through Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Dataverse, while developing their technical and project skills through a structured two-year graduate training programme.

About The Person

The successful candidate will hold a 2.1 (or higher) degree with a significant computing component and will be able to evidence:

  • Demonstrable knowledge and ability to use the Power Platform (Power Pages/Portal/Automate) to build end-user solutions.
  • Experience of web technologies such as HTML, JSON, JavaScript and CSS.
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365, Model Driven Apps, Microsoft Dataverse and Power BI.

They will also have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work both as part of a team and on their own initiative, and the ability to plan and manage competing demands to tight deadlines.
