As a Transaction Services Partner at Queen’s Tower Advisory, you will play a critical role in advising clients through high-stakes transactions. You’ll oversee buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence, deliver commercial insights that shape deals, and help clients make better-informed decisions. You will also contribute to shaping the future of the firm - mentoring talent, developing client relationships, and supporting the expansion of our transaction services practice.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transaction Engagements: Oversee financial due diligence and transaction execution across a variety of sectors and deal sizes.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with private equity firms, corporates, and financial sponsors.
  • Business Development: Identify, originate, and support the pursuit of new opportunities; contribute to the firm’s growth agenda.
  • Team Development: Mentor and develop high-performing team members, fostering a collaborative and ambitious culture.
  • Strategic Contribution: Influence service offerings, delivery models, and go-to-market strategies within the transaction services function.
What We're Looking For:
  • A qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent) with significant post-qualification experience.
  • A strong track record of delivering transaction services at a top-tier advisory or Big 4 firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to support business development and maintain trusted client relationships.
  • Commercially astute, strategic thinker with entrepreneurial mindset.
