Role overview
As an Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing financial due diligence engagements. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead project teams, oversee the preparation of deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Management: Lead multiple transaction engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery of financial due diligence reports and related services.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, addressing queries and providing insights throughout the transaction process.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective team performance.
- Business Development: Support Directors and Partners in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Risk Management: Ensure compliance with internal risk management procedures and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
Qualifications and Experience
- Professional Certification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Experience: Significant experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or a related field, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modeling, and excellent report-writing skills.
- Leadership: Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
