The Role

As a Manager in Transaction Services at Queen's Tower Advisory, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality financial due diligence and guiding clients through complex, high-stakes transactions.

You'll lead workstreams, manage day-to-day engagement delivery, and provide the analytical and commercial insights that influence investment decisions.

Beyond execution, you'll take an active role in developing client relationships, supporting business development activities, and contributing to the ongoing growth of our transaction services practice.

This is a Manager role for someone who is ready to take ownership of transactions, manage and develop junior team members, and build their commercial and leadership capabilities within a fast-growing advisory business.

Key Responsiblities

Transaction Delivery

  • Lead key workstreams across financial due diligence engagements spanning a range of sectors and deal sizes.
  • Manage day-to-day delivery of projects, ensuring work is completed to a high technical standard and on time.
  • Review analysis and deliverables prepared by junior team members.
  • Support Directors and Partners in delivering complex engagements and presenting findings to clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for clients throughout engagements.
  • Develop strong relationships with management teams, clients, and other transaction stakeholders.
  • Provide clear, commercially grounded insights and recommendations.
  • Manage, coach, and develop Executives and other junior team members.
  • Review work, provide constructive feedback, and support ongoing professional development.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and high performance.

Business Development

  • Support Directors and Partners in identifying and pursuing new opportunities.
  • Contribute to proposals, pitch materials, and market mapping activities.
  • Participate in business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm's market presence.

Risk & Quality Management

  • Ensure compliance with internal risk management processes and engagement procedures.
  • Maintain high professional and technical standards across all aspects of delivery.

What we're looking for

  • Qualified accountant (ACA/CA/CPA or equivalent).
  • Strong experience in Transaction Services, Financial Due Diligence, or an adjacent advisory environment.
  • Demonstrable experience managing workstreams within complex transactions.
  • Strong analytical capabilities, including financial analysis, report writing, and interpretation of key commercial findings.
  • Experience reviewing and coaching junior team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact directly with clients.
  • Commercially minded, proactive, and motivated by contributing to a growing business.
  • Interest in business development and building long‑term client relationships.
