Our work focuses on the financial due diligence phase of a transaction, where speed and precision are critical. By combining transaction expertise with data-driven insights, we help clients assess performance, validate projections, and identify opportunities that impact valuation. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Role:
- Lead transaction analytics engagements, understanding key business drivers and co-developing approaches with clients.
- Support in business development activities, including proposal writing, pitch preparation and client meetings.
- Work closely with QTA leadership to design, refine and scale proprietary AI-driven tools and pilot new AI capabilities on live engagements.
- Deliver insights, conclusions, and advice from large data sets that shape deal outcomes.
- Gather, verify, and assess data to form clear views.
- Prepare and review deliverables including reports, dashboards, and presentations.
What we’re looking for:
- Skilled in preparing and reviewing deliverables across formats (visualizations, reports, presentations).
- Proficiency in data integration and transformation tools (Alteryx, SQL, Excel).
- Knowledge of advanced analytics languages (Python, SQL, R).
