Role
As an Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will manage and execute financial due diligence engagements, lead project teams, oversee the preparation of deliverables, maintain strong client relationships, contribute to business development, and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multiple transaction engagements simultaneously and ensure timely, high‑quality delivery of financial due diligence reports.
- Serve as primary point of contact for clients during engagements, addressing queries and providing insights.
- Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering professional development and effective team performance.
- Support Directors and Partners in identifying new business opportunities, preparing proposals, and participating in pitch presentations.
- Ensure compliance with internal risk‑management procedures and maintain high standards of professional conduct.
- Coordinate with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions to clients.
What We\’re Looking For
- Professional certification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification.
- Significant experience in transaction services, financial due diligence, or related field, preferably within a professional services environment.
- Strong analytical abilities, proficiency in financial modelling, and excellent report‑writing skills.
- Demonstrated capability in leading teams and managing multiple projects concurrently.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
