As an Associate Director in our Transaction Services team, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing financial due diligence engagements. Working closely with Directors and Partners, you will lead project teams, oversee the preparation of deliverables, and maintain strong client relationships. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives and mentor junior team members.
Key Responsibilities
- Engagement Management: Lead multiple transaction engagements simultaneously, ensuring timely and quality delivery of financial due diligence reports and related services.
- Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during engagements, addressing queries and providing insights throughout the transaction process.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior staff, fostering their professional development and ensuring effective team performance.
