Queens Cross Group includes a Registered Social Landlord, a property management subsidiary (Queens Cross Factoring) and a social enterprise which lets commercial property (Queens Cross Workspace). Recognised for its innovation, quality services and high performance, Queens Cross Housing Association is looking to appoint a skilled Finance Assistant within our Business Services team.
- Maintain purchase, sales and nominal ledgers, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing
- Process invoices, payments and reconciliations, resolving supplier and customer queries
- Carry out bank and account reconciliations, identifying and correcting discrepancies
- Support budgeting, monthly reporting and year-end accounts preparation
- Assist with audit requirements, including preparation of schedules and documentation
- Provide financial support to subsidiary companies and assist with customer and stakeholder enquiries.
HND in Finance & Accounting or a recognised bookkeeping qualification
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a finance role, including ledger management
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and accounting systems
Excellent numerical skills with a good understanding of financial processes
