The predicted salary is between 29500 - 30000 Β£ per year.

Working in childcare with children ages 0-5. You will be working towards an Advanced Diploma Early Years which lasts for 14 months. This apprenticeship requires dedication, commitment and punctuality to be successful. The role includes supporting children with a range of self-care needs such as feeding, personal hygiene and communicating with others.

Holly Lodge Nursery is situated in Highgate. It is a spacious and airy nursery which uses the surrounding area, incorporating nature in the syllabus to teach and develop children. Holly Lodge Nursery pride themselves on being a home from home nursery environment for children aged 6 months through to 5 years. The nurseries have large, bright open plan rooms, with creative outdoor play areas and a variety of modern equipment which provide children with a stimulating environment. They create personalised planned activities to keep children engaged whilst having lots of fun. Trained staff give children the stimulating, educational learning environment in which children can thrive and grow. A supportive, nurturing and caring team that will support an Apprentice through all areas of development to become a fully trained member of their team.

What You'll Do

  • Creating fun, engaging and safe environment for the children
  • Teaching within the EYFS requirements
  • Partaking in a range of indoor and outdoor activities
  • Supporting the children with a range of self-care needs such as feeding and personal hygiene
  • Communicating with other team members and parents
  • Working in a childcare setting with children ranging from ages 0-5
  • Liaising with external customers, parents, and providing a high level of service for the childcare setting

Training Outcome

Developing into a Level 3 educator, with the potential of a full time position upon successful completion. Other prospects could include applying for:

Working Arrangements
